Hello everyone! I created this project as part of the Userspots UX Research Course where we particularly focused on the research part. At this point, I knew that my research knowledge was weaker than it should be, so I was really curious about what I was going to learn. In this project, I tried two new techniques, netnography & benchmark analysis, and corrected my mistaken understanding of user interviews and usability testing. At the end, I think I created a proper project with feedback from experts in the field, and I feel I am more than a "beginner student" now.
